Bushkill Falls also known as the “Niagara of Pennsylvania” is a 300-acre recreation area located in Lehman Township, Pennsylvania in the Pocono Mountains.
Bass River State Forest is located in Ocean County in the state of New Jersey. This 23,563-acre forest is the first forest acquired by the state in 1905 for water conservation, wildlife and timber management and public recreation.
The flower festival at Showa Memorial Park ((昭和記念公園) starts in late March when the cherry trees start blooming and it continues until late May when the water lilies, and other flowers come into season. The flower festival inlcudes cherry blossoms (sakura), rape seeds, tulips, nemophila, poppies, and daffodils among others.
